At 1616 hrs Caroline Communications sent Engine 1 w/3 and Medic 114 to a report of an overturned vehicle on Rogers Clark Blvd. E-1 arrived to find a trailer hauling discarded construction materials overturned. The roadway was littered with debris and the crew assisted with clean up in order to reopen the road. Luckily no one was injured and the Medic unit was placed in service.
