Volunteers Run Numerous Calls During Ice Storm

During the weekend of February 13, during a treacherous mix of snow and ice, the Volunteers responded to multiple reports of trees down, wires down, vehicle accidents, fire alarms and a residential assignment. Low temperatures and constant precipitation caused road conditions to deteriorate quickly and caused many hazards throughout the weekend. We are extremely grateful for the members that took time away from their family to assist with the increased call volume that came along with this storm.
