| Engine 1 and Squad 1 headed 3rd due to a residential fire Saturday morning. Engine 2 arrived to find the single story dwelling with fire showing from the Alpha and Bravo sides. With high wind conditions the fire quickly spread throughout the home and a defensive attack was taken. Engine 1 arrived and supplied E-2 while Engine 6, Tanker 6 and Spotsylvania Tanker 3 shuttled water. The fire was quickly brought under control and units cleared within 90 minutes with the exception of E-2. The fire is being investigated by CCFR investigators. |
