Engine 1, Brush 1, and Medic 110 responded to a notification of a large burn on the evening of the 14th. Once units arrived on scene the crews found a large pile of building materials on fire. The crews, extinguished and safely sprayed down the area for further spread of fire into the woods. Give me a hand in congratulating FF Wesley Storke on successful completion of pumping his first fire, FF Storke has been training and furthering his education to become a released pump operator within our department.

Units: Engine 1, Brush 1, Medic 110
