Engine 1 and Wagon 1 responded to find a Mustang convertible that had lost control and struck a tree. The three occupants of the vehicle had been entrapped and needed to be extricated. Company 1 crews, along with personnel from Company 2 and Spotsylvania Company 8 worked to free the patients. Once removed, the driver was air-lifted and the passengers were transported by ambulance to the hospital.
